I was left some information about a Kiger named Romeo who is 5-1/2 years old. The information was written on the back of a business card. The card is from someone named Carol Biggs. I tried to contact this person by phone with no luck. Just wondering if you know either the horse or the person and might put me in touch with her. Thanks for your trouble.
